Oh Mellow Mushroom...I've eaten here a handful of times and am glad that I don't live right across the street. At least with walking the few blocks needed I can burn off some calories. If you don't live near by though there are retail parking spots for free in the garage and street parking is also available if you don't mind walking a bit. If everything is full, there is a lot relatively close by that you can pay to park or you can valet for $5 (valet parking is in this same lot). The food is pretty good to yummy depending on what you have. Aside from a bruschetta that had too much balsamic vinaigrette, I've only had their pizzas. Maybe they were just heavy handed the one time, but I'd skip the bruschetta and save room for your entrée. The pizzas are a nice concoction of typically 4 or more toppings, crust are brushed with oil and sprinkled with parmesan. I've tried the kosmic karma, mighty meaty, mega-veggie, mellowterrian, red skin potato pie and the maui wowie. My favorite, the maui wowie! It's like a Hawaiian pizza but better. All the pizzas come on a good tasting standard thickness crust. This ain't no thin crust pizza. The only down side to this is that sometimes the crust will just kind of bend over spilling all the toppings if it's too heavy (I'm looking at you mega-veggie). The servers are great for the most part. When I've come in a group, rarely have we had to ask them to split the checks. It's like they just know! Waters are filled promptly and drinks are replenished in a timely manner as well. One of the last times my boyfriend and I were there they gave us the wrong pizza after burning our original order. I think it was the assistant manager who came up to us asking what we wanted him to do (we had started eating the pizza because we were so hungry before realizing it was the wrong one and then flagging him down), he offered to let us keep eating the pizza we were given or he'd get us the correct pizza. No real apology, just "what do you want me to do". Now maybe I'm high maintenance but when you give a customer the wrong item, you don't just ask them what they want you to do and offer to leave the wrong item. You try to make things better. We didn't want to make a fuss so we told him we'd keep the pizza we'd been given. Thankfully the manager knew what to do and arrived with the pizza we had ordered, apologized and let us keep the wrong pizza at no extra charge. This is how patrons should be treated and because of her actions we will definitely keep coming back. By the way, they have the best Moscow Mules made with real alcoholic ginger beer. Unfortunately for one reason or another they are no longer served in the traditional copper mugs.

The service we always get is stellar. The food and adult Chucky Cheese ambiance is always good, but Shay & Dreadz make the place worth coming back. The pizza and music are great. The beer selection is awesome. The people are fun & laid back. Mellow is the best place for pizza in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

As a chain, you should know what you are getting into with the Food. If you're looking for a pepperoni pizza, you are at the wrong place. Want something a little different? Try one of these pies. Thai is one the edge. The red potato is my favorite. For something lighter go for the spiked sausage sandwich. If you order on a weekend night, except a pizza to take an hour. (I worked a quality pizza place as a kid, the wait is a good thing.) The bartenders are great--well, with in exception. But I suspect everyone knows who that is and isn't worth knocking the place. The others make up for them. In my opinion, this is one of the best bartending crews in the FTL area. This area of FTL needed a chill spot that wasn't bulging with bro-culture. We got it.

I am happy to update my review to 4 stars, after having much better food my on my second visit here! Let me reiterate this important fact in case you're too lazy to read my previous review - ****PARKING!!! (I keep reading reviews complaining about parking and the restaurants along this strip. There's a garage people!!!)**** Thankfully I read the reviews ahead of time and parked in the garage for free in the retail marked sections. Paying $5 to valet for this type of restaurant seems absurd to me! **Also, if you're too lazy to read my preview review, I'd skip the stuff mushroom app if I were you! Ok, so now, the reason for updating my review - A large group of us came to celebrate fellow Yelper Zach D's birthday (party was pre-arranged and a large table outside next to the bar was reserved for the party). Despite only having one server all evening (and a group of 12-15 of us) he did a good job appearing when need be, and apologized for some dishes that took longer than others due to some other large parties also ordering at the same time - checks were also separately quite easily at the end of the evening :) Side note - they did let the cake for the birthday celebration come from elsewhere and was dropped off before the party started! I had signed up on the Mellow Mushroom website earlier that day and was given a coupon for a free bruschetta or spinach dip with purchase of a pizza (server confirmed that even a small size pizza was fine), so I ordered the spinach dip and a large Holy Shiitake pizza (to share!). The spinach dip was pretty tasty and actually came out with the right amount of bread, but wasn't as hot as I would have liked (again the kitchen issues were probably to blame), but boy o' boy! The pizza was divine! I've literally been dreaming about it ever since, and I'm thinking all pizza should have aioli sauces on them! My total bill wasn't too bad, and I was pleased to find my drinks were only about $8 each (pity happy hour end at 6pm here!). The pizza is expensive, but again this isn't Dominos or Pizza Hut, the pizzas are inventive and have quality toppings, so be prepared for a little sticker shock there. As Mellow Mushroom is a new hot spot, with a great location, you can be sure this is a great "been seen" restaurant.

One of my favorite foods, PRETZELS with a cheesy beer sauce and marinara, oh my!!! We came here to celebrate a Birthday for Zach. Of course there was an awesome crowd of Yelpers at a long table outside. This area is pretty darn cool. The parking garage is free all the time on the first two floors as Samantha told me. So for free I think I can deal with getting in and out, it is tight. I heard mixed feeling about this restaurant chain, so I was not expecting much. It is a cool place with some nice beers, cocktails and a good variety of food to choose from. We tried the hummus, which was pretty good and the pita was plentiful. The spinach dip was good. But of course my favorite was the pretzels (garlic) with delicious beer cheese sauce and a side of marinara. We did not try the pizza but many did at our large table and it did look very good, next time. Our server was attentive and friendly. This place gets very crowded, the kitchen got backed up a bit and poor Adrianna thought she would never get the sandwich she ordered. Everything else that our table ordered came out in good time. She joked saying they did not like her. Ugh, who could not like Adrianna. We had a great time with good peeps, good food and beer. I look forward to going back to visit. Our server handled the separate checks with ease which is always a huge plus in a large crowd. Great place to chill with good friends in a cool trendy bar scene.

This place had just opened up across the street from us so we decided to give it a try. Ive been to mellow mushrooms all over the country, my favorite being in Savannah, so I was interested to see how the decor/atmosphere varied at this one. It was very much fort lauderdale themed in the extravagant lighting and club like feel. This isn't so much my style so I was a bit disappointed when comparing it to the other mellow mushrooms. The worst part about this place is really the staff. Most of them seem to not care at all and were huddled around the food stations chatting. Food and drinks took forever to get. A few waiters in particular just looked like they were on...something. About the food- We ordered a pitcher of beer. It was good. I love the selection and for a pitcher, the price wasn't bad. We also got soft pretzels, which were just pizza dough, so dont bother if you want real pretzels. It did come with interesting dipping sauces. We then ordered a Mellowterranean pizza, which was super good! The meal was fairly pricey for dough and beer but I'll probably come back. If you can put up with really loud obnoxious customers and employees, to eat good pizza and drink beer, then it's worth it. Also, keep in mind you can park in the garage and Valet is not required!

I joined a few friends at the Cornhole tourney hosted by the Mellow Mushroom and had a great time. The service was good and the pizza was incredible. It is obviously very hard to find good pizza in FL. This place is the best in the area

Insanely expensive. I paid $44 for two medium pizzas. That's $2.75 per tiny little slice... before drinks and tip. Food is average at best. You're better off somewhere else.

I really wanted to love place, but I just can't give it higher than a 3-star rating. The place looks cool. Located in a brand new building on US1, however, I'd imagine it's going to be hard to find a parking spot on weekends unless you fork over $7.00 for valet parking. We sat down at the bar as usual. They've got a great draft beer selection. I counted their tabs and I think its well over 40. And at the other side of the wall you'll see the huge walk in cooler for the beers. I ordered two beers and both were not as cold as I'd like. I guess I should have asked the manager to tell that guy in the picture not to walk in and out of that cooler leaving the door wide open. The menu selection is huge also. So we picked two appetizer to start things off. The first thing we tried was their meatball trio. It's just alright I think. The meatballs itself lacked any flavor and the tomato meat sauce was just okay, perhaps a bit salty for my taste. Next appetizer was the bruschetta. I think maybe they put too much Balsamic Vinegar on top. I like mine with bright red tomatoes, olive oil with just a touch of garlic and salt. Instead that balsamic vinegar was way overpowering everything else on the dish. And too much of that dark browny vinegar makes the dish looks less pleasant and unappetizing. We also ordered one of their pizza special for this month. I think the pizza crust tasted pretty good. It was light and crispy. But the toppings were just okay. I tasted the cheese and the jalapeno, but I barely tasted little chicken. Overall the experience was decent. Our bartender was pretty friendly and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is definitely there, so was the service, but I think maybe the quality of their food could use a nudge.

First Visit (Opening Week) I was excited to try Mellow Mushroom for the first time and i have to say as far as the pizza is concerned it met the hype...I ordered The Philosopher and it was excellent Second Visit: On my second visit there was kind of a hiccup... a couple of young ladies sat down at the bar a few seats from me about 2min after i had arrived...they ordered a personal pizza and i ordered a pie as well... somehow the waiter brought my pizza to them...of course they got about half way thru and they realized that it wasn't the pizza they had ordered ...at the same time the second pizza came by and everyone was like WOAH.... who ordered this??? Sooooo i had to wait another 20min or so for mine....i had the bartender just put it in a box and i took it to go Third (maybe my final visit) My third visit was unfortunately similar to my second (kinda frustrating) ....I sat at the bar once again and ordered up a personal pie and a brew....i waited approx. 23-25min only to find out that they had gotten my order wrong.. ;( here i go again...having to wait another 20+ minutes for a small size pie.... I may just order delivery from now on ;)

I went at 6pm on a Wednesday night with a group of 8 people and we were seated immediately. When we left at 8pm there was a line to be seated. Signup for their email club, and you get a free spinach dip or bruschetta. Our servers took good care of us. They also gave us separate checks. Parking was easy at 6pm in the garage. I came by bike, and had to lockup to a light pole....they need a bike rack! We started with the bruschetta. They put feta cheese on it. I thought it was just okay and wouldn't order again. My mushroom pizza was amazing. I have had it before in Delray and was once again pleased with it. A small is $13.99 (4 slices). They season the crust with parmesan cheese. The cheese, mushrooms, & truffle oil are top notch on this pizza. I also tasted the Hawaiian pizza which has pineapple, ham, and large thick slices of bacon on it. The meatball trio was okay. I've had better meatballs elsewhere, but for $7.99 it is reasonably priced. The décor is amazing! It is fun and childish feeling inside. They did a great job with creating a fun ambiance. It is LOUD inside. They could use some sound absorption. The bar is half inside and half outside. There is a lot of outdoor table seating besides at the bar. They have a large fan for air circulation, but in the summer it will be hot! Overall, the staff was friendly and efficient. Food was good. I will be back:)

Mellow Mushroom is a really nifty rather young at heart trendy type of restaurant with some whimsical but not novelty or cheap décor. It's big, has very good seating and both an inside and outside patio bar. For style and general layout it couldn't be better. However, you must realize that was built to primarily serve the community of Flagler Village where public parking can often times be very difficult to find, so more than likely you'll end up having to valet park (the fee is $5.00) in a garage just to the back side of restaurant; which to me is a big nonplus drawback to dinning here, less because of the price, more because I don't like to have my car valet parked. Though it has a rather large assorted menu, I'd say the emphasis is clearly upon their pizza which comes in three different sizes. For lunch, I ordered their Bayou Blue and a Moscow mule for my drink. The Bayou Blue pizza with came with a spicy blue cheese base, which was certainly cheese in taste and spicy in flavor but the pronounced flavor didn't seem to be that of blue cheese. The toppings on it were grilled shrimp, andouille sausage, covered in a mozzarella with a garnishment of chives. My thought is that maybe the mozzarella flavors so diluted those of the blue cheese as to render the blue cheese flavors indiscernible to my palate. And, being somewhat of a Cajun Boy, I well know the taste of Bayou andouilles and this one didn't make it; lacking in that rich, heavy smoked flavor that so well retains within the pork ingredient. Overall however, the pizza was pretty good. As for the Moscow Mule, it came sinfully served in glass! You just don't do that. To me it was about as uncouth as serving a classic martini in Mason jar cup. You serve a Moscow Mule in a copper cup precisely the way Jack Morgan, its credited creator and president of the ginger beer company which provided the original ginger beer ingredient envisioned it to be properly served. Later, I found out that they have copper cups precisely for this purpose already on order, but to my mind it hardly justifies them attempting to serve them without copper cups. I like the restaurant, it's pretty good but primarily because of the parking drawbacks I could never become much of a fan of the place.

OPENING DAY May 10, 2015 I could not be more ecstatic about the opening of this Mellow being so close to home! Opening night could have not went more perfectly in my view and WOW did they do a great job of making this another one of a kind MM with the design, layout, and the most important...making it FEEL like Mellow when a guest! The perfect location is found between The Edge & The Manor newer apartment complexes with parking available within the parking garages marked as retail and quite a bit of free street parking but this can be tricky dependent on the time of arrival due to residents parking. Also, Mellow does offer Valet for $5. Once we lucked out on one of the last parking spots in the garage we go inside at the beginning of the rush being 7pm. 15-20 min wait was quoted for an outdoor spot so we headed to the beautiful courtyard/patio. The have a nice size horseshoe shape outdoor bar with a great selection of craft beers with even more of a selection inside; which you can always order from. The courtyard is filled with tables, loungers, and plenty of space for hanging out. They even had Bags (Cornhole) out there for people to play! Above you will notice twinkling lights hung on the large palm trees making the vibe very tranquil! We had just got seated after a bit of a longer wait then quoted but the cold drafts kept us occupied and we were quickly greeted by the sweetest girl Logan! Off the bat she is one of those servers that makes you feel beyond welcome and gives you that warm-fuzzy feeling! Very upbeat and funny! She advised us she was not going to be our server but she could get our next round for us! The beers came out and we were ready to order so we claimed Logan as ours and she was on point all night! With not having Mellow in my life for soo long we decided to split a medium pizza. Since my husband and I can never agree on a pizza we always split. My side was the amazing Holy Shiitake Pie with an assortment of Fresh Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions making a perfect combo of ingredients. My husband as always orders his Funky Q Chicken Pizza with Sweet BBQ Sauce, Applewood Smoked Bacon, and a MUST the Esperanza Sauce!! If you have not dipped that perfectly doughy, crunchy, chewy crust in this sauce then you have not lived!!! So for Opening Night this was an absolute score! The employees were not frantic, had everything together, and most of all EACH AND EVERY employee had a smile on their face and were very comfortable! I can not be more excited for their success and know we will be there all the time becoming part of the New FTL Mellow Family!!

Went here on Friday night to check out what the hype was all about. This place goes off!!! Live music, but not over bearing so you can hear the person next to you. We sat at the bar to avoid waiting 30 minutes for a table. Logan was an amazing bartender. She was engaging to her customers and really fast to make drinks and pour beers. She alone made this experienced from 4 to 5 stars. The food was really good, but not great. Ordered meatballs as an appetizer. I'm pretty sure they were made in house, but frozen and defrosted, cause they were a bit rubbery. In ordered a small calzone with andouille sausage, pepperoni, and shrooms. The sausage was not spicy at all..... The pepperoni had more spice.

Loved this place! it is so cool and funky. I especially loved the mecha sculptures with the weird heads. I ordered a mushroom pizza and mushroom soup and they were delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I can't wait to come back.

We ( me and my king Howard H. ) had quick bite dinner Thursday early evening, finding a parking space was pain in the you know what, we were luck yesterday otherwise $7 dollars for valet parking! We were sitting at bar as always, my king had beer and I've order a cocktail " Jerry's Grateful Dead " for $8.50 , way too sweet for me and it will be nice if more alcohol ... We ordered two appetizers : Meatball Trio $7.99 and Bruschetta $7.99 it was just ok... And also small size of South Of Border pizza $12.99, but we couldn't taste any chicken at all ! Place was nice and new : 3 starts Food ? 2 1/2 starts Service : 3 starts Overall 3 starts from me. Not a fan, probably won't go back again

Not New York pizza, but still good food and a good time. I wouldn't do anything too crazy or ethnic. We usually do a Hawaiian (cheese pizza with pineapple and ham) comes out awesome. They have an awesome selection of beer and the ambiance is really cool.

6/13/2015- After an afternoon of craft beer at Laser Wolf's 2-Star Beach Party, there was no better decision than checking out Mellow Mushroom. We sat outside in one of their high tops near the bar. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. It was delicious and a great potion for 3 people. About 6 pieces of buttery, garlic bread. Then, for the masterpiece, the Mellowterranean, Olive oil and garlic base with all natural grilled chicken, onions, roasted red peppers, black olives, chives, feta and mozzarella cheeses with a side of tzatziki sauce. AAAMAZING!!!! The crust was the best part of course. Great place for an afternoon with friends. P.S. very clean bathrooms and friendly staff.

I was super excited to hear a Mellow Mushroom was opening close to home and couldn't wait to check it out. Ended up going for dinner after an afternoon spent at Laser Wolf on Saturday June 13th. Parking was super easy in the garage or they have valet available too for $7.00. It was a gorgeous day so we sat on the patio at a high top. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip. It was really good and a great portion for 3 people. Then we ordered the Mellowterranean pizza - olive oil and garlic base sauce with grilled chicken, onions, roasted red peppers, black olives, chives, feta and mozzarella cheeses with a really yummy tzatziki sauce drizzle. The crust was the best part of the whole thing. They have a really good beer selection also. Great place for a laid back Saturday dinner.

I'm so happy they opened a MM location close to home. I do not like pizza and I would eat any of their pies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spinach artichoke dip was divine and the best part of the pizza is the garlic-ey Parmesan crunchy crust! They also have an impressive beer selection. Highly recommend for any foodie!

We called in an order and took the food home. The food was ready on time. The staff was friendly. The place looked quite busy and the decor was quite interesting. The pizza (house special) was good but a bit bland. It wasn't anything to write home about. Cesar salad was good, the croutons were great!

I was scared to come here again after my first experience - especially because it was a group of 9. I was shocked but went to ask for a table for 9 and was almost immediately seated. We had a great table outside by the bar. Service was much better than last time so I hope it continues! Pizza was pretty good, nothing too special. It appeals to me more for the atmosphere than the restaurant itself.

*Awesome service! Thanks, Mary! *Scrumptious pizza! And we had Daiya vegan cheese only...still yummy!!! *48 craft beers on tap, some rotating *Quirky cool decor *Park free up to 4 hours in garage on NE 5th Terrace *Sample any draft beer before ordering *Friendly, enthusiastic, helpful staff *Great location near downtown Fort Lauderdale *Dessert: Honey & Cinnamon Pretzels...dairy free...yay! Same delish dough as pizza, fluffy & perfect

This was not a good experience. The service was slow, and I mean slowwwww. The Greek salad was tasty with the house dressing. The house special pizza however was not. The menu says extra chesse on it and there was barely any cheese. I mean like a bite of a whole slice had cheese. I would have sent it back, but there was no service so who could I tell? I sent back a beer that had a cinnamon rim on it (yuck) and watched as the bartender just poured my warm (no service so it sat on the table awhile) cinnamon saturated beer into a new cup and give it back to me. I sent it back and got a new one. Overall a bad experience.

I was already familiar with MM after living in Atlanta for many years and going to the local MM near me there. So, I was happy to see the sign when it was announced the Ft. Lauderdale location. I went to check it out last night. What a cool space, decorated with a beach area theme, high ceilings and lots of inside and outside space, including bars in and out. And they needed all the space last night as it was very crowded. Guess opening week will do that. But they had a ton of staff on hand to look after us. Jackie was my server and she was awesome. I only had a sausage and mushroom pizza, but it was as I remembered from Atlanta, very tasty. This is not a fast food pizza. You have to use the valet parking for 5 (a bit annoying), but without that, not sure how they would have us find parking since its located in part of the retail space of a new apartment complex. Like I said, it was mobbed, tons of people waiting as I left. I will be back or just get delivery. But welcome to town MM!

Oddly enough I've heard about Mellow Mushroom for years and have seen them around, but have never eaten at one until tonight. This location is snuggled up in between a couple of new apartments on Federal so it is very convenient for those living there or close by. There is a full bar on the outside with 2tvs as well as a bunch of seating. Perfect for enjoying the outdoors and great for bringing your furry kids. .. its a great setting to hang out with friends. There is even a game of corn hole that people can play with. The interior is big with a main bar and more booths/tables for seating. The music is blasting, the decor is eclectic and funky. And the bathroom had animal sounds playing in the background which was a little weird. Decided to try a couple of things on the menu: -Magic Mushroom Soup Bowl: this soup wasn't bad, i enjoyed the Grilled shiitake the most on this dish. It was thick, creamy, and earthy. (Wine and herb broth, creamy Italian MontAmoré cheese, topped with grilled shiitake, button and Portobello mushrooms and fresh chives.) -Holy Shiitake pizza: best thing that i tried tonight. Highly recommend! All of the ingredients went well together. it was cheesy, garlicky goodness. (Olive oil and garlic base, Shiitake, button and Portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella and MontAmoré cheeses. Drizzled with garlic aioli and black truffle oil. Garnished with fresh chives and shaved Parmesan.) -Maui Wowie pizza: eehhh...my least favorite dish tonight. It was sweet, salty, and had a kick off spice all in one pizza. A bit salty for my taste. (Pesto base with ham, pineapple, jerk chicken, banana peppers, Applewood smoked bacon and mozzarella cheese.) Overall it was a good experience. Only other bummer for me was the parking. Yes, there is valet but not everyone likes to do that. And they actually had a decent craft beer list. I would most likely go again.

We ordered a large shiitake pizza and a large Greek salad for about $40. Pizza had approximately 8 mushroom pieces, it was all thick dough. The Greek salad was extremely small. I had to add cheese and tomatoes to make it interesting. Dressing was bottle bought and really bad. For a new place in the area they need to really step it up!

First and last. Was really looking forward to trying this place. My daughters and I go for pizza every Friday. Today we tried Mellow Mushroom. I heard the pizza was good... unfortunately we never got to try it. My daughters ordered their meals (kid's meals) and I ordered a couple small pizzas for us to share. Their food came. No pizza. They finished it. No pizza. Time passed. No pizza. Looked around. Checked out the funky decor. No pizza. After about ten more minutes, our server came over and I asked her to take the pizzas off the bill and bring us the check. She apologized and went to get the check. 5 minutes later, the manager came over with the pizzas. I had no interest, so I said "no thank you" and just asked for the check. The staff was very polite, even offered us a gift card, but being polite doesn't make up for bad service. I have no interest in going back. My girls said the food was good... wish I could have tried it.

Great service by Joel and the food was amazing. Had the mushroom soup delicious and mellowterranean and magical murky mushroom pizza 1/2 and 1/2. Magical Murky was ok but the Mellowterrian pizza was up. Thanks for the great service by Joel and delicious pizza. Everything here is Organic and GrassFeed!!!!!!! This is my new local restaurant.

I met a friend for lunch because he raved about the place. I had bruschetta appetizer and shared a large House Special pizza. The bruschetta was ok - could have used more seasoning and not sure what type of bread was used, but not the kind I am used to. The pizza was ok, nothing special. That being said, I would go back to try other pizzas, calzone, wings and sandwiches though. There is apparently 4-hour parking in a building behind the restaurant, but i did not see it. luckily I was able to find a spot.

Update on my last review: we came here again last night to give MM another try. It's still a bit chaotic, but seems they're working on it. We were given a buzzer this time and told 30 minutes for 2. As usual, the outdoor bar was a mess and took us nearly 10 minutes to get two beers. Too many people just aimlessly sitting at the bar & the bartenders don't make any effort. We sat outside at an empty table on the far side of the patio which had seemed to be forgotten, as they were littered with glasses & plates. You would think they would try to utilize that space during the Saturday dinner rush. We ended up sitting out there for an hour before our buzzer went off, and during that time we saw about 3 groups who had gotten take out from MM & were eating at these tables - kinda wish we had thought of that! We got sat outside at a large table. Our server was awesome and attentive. We ordered a half order of mild wings to start - which were great. We also ordered a Magical Mystery Tour and a South of the Border personal pizza. Loved them both, but I preferred the South of the Border one more. Drinks were a bit slow, but that seems to be the norm. 3.5 star rating between the two visits. Good food, but a bit pricey for pizza. They still need to work on some things which I'm hoping they can iron out - specifically the bar situation.

One of fave places for food. Been to Tally, Miami and Ft Lauderdale. Ft Lauderdale and Tally are the best. Tally staff is super friendly and on point. Ft Lauderdale, very cool vibe snd the staff is so friendly. Everyone checks in on you. Shay was our waitress, very cool. Catherine is my fave bartender. Will always come back for more.

This location opened up next to us, so we knew we had to check it out! We are lucky enough to walk over, but really the only parking is valet because of the limited parking in the back. Very glad we did check it out though! Everyone was super nice. There is a lot of high energy and awesome decoration throughout. Got a create your own pizza and calzone. Delicious and serving sizes were generous, so there's plenty for left overs! You can buy some of their shirts, which is always fun. Cashing out for those in the front is a little awkward because of the set up in the front.

Yuppie, pickup - sports bar. Different from the family friendly hippyish artsy place I know in Asheville, NC but perfectly suited for the area. A bit louder than the average sports bar so the sports nuts screaming at the tv's freaked out my son which was unusual. I think this place just carries a lot of sound so be prepared for a loud environment. The single scene at the bar looked great if you are into the lipstick, martini skirt, non-stop selfie taking kind of girls. As a single dad, I dig more the hippyish girl but it sure was fun to watch this very active scene. Our waiter "Angel" was perfection. He listened carefully and got our order exactly right with a smile the entire time. Truly an asset to their team. The food was exactly what I expected. Delicious. Yes, their pizza seems to take a few minutes longer than other places but I was used to that. Not sure why that is but it's always been worth the wait to me and this time did not disappoint. Service and Food quality - Top Notch! Quiet enough for a conversation or Family Friendly Environment... Not so much. Excellent pickup joint if you are into the "Ft Lauderdale" girl! The pizza rocks so I'm happy they have takeout. :-) Just a different environment than what I most enjoyed about the place in Asheville.

A terrible experience. I've had Mellow Mushroom before and this restaurant did a bang up job of making us wait close to an hour for a medium pizza. The service here is so incredibly slow it's astonishing that they were somewhat busy for a Monday night. AND they charge for parking! Luckily we found a spot about 2 blocks away and walked over. I ordered a medium pizza with light cheese and it was like I was speaking a foreign language. It literally looked like a Digornio frozen pizza, which mind you, the pizza even tasted uncooked. I had one slice and had to send it back, which I never do and just asked for the check. Total bummer because our server was actually really nice but I couldn't get over how they missed the mark on so many areas tonight. Even the wings being 5.99 for a half order and how small they are is a joke. Not sure I'll ever come back to this location, maybe do the Delray Beach location if you don't mind waiting forever (mind you there was easily 3-4 other tables who were either complaining or waiting far too long). Total shame especially when you're just ordering a pizza!

With its Florida theme the "Shroom" is a must stop. They offer a great beer selection, from local to the standards it's a full bar. Today the pizza selection was a couple of singles, KOSMIC KARMA & FUNKY Q. CHICKEN, both served fast and fresh. Mellow's crust is some of the best around. Our waitress was great, never a glass empty of a pass by our table without asking how we were.

So, to begin this review honestly, I have to say that I have yet to actually sit in and dine at this establishment, although the ambiance is always inviting. It's conveniently located an easy 8-10 minute walk from my house, so needless to say take-out is a no brainer. The restaurant itself is a site you need to witness on your own, the design is like my husband stated "Disneyworld". It's got a funky vibe, some ostentatious art pieces hanging around and music, what more could you ask for right? However, in my humble opinion, not a fan of blaring music while I try to enjoy my meal, but I digress. Regardless, of my lack of experience with this place, the one drink I had while awaiting my food (Purple Haze?) I believe it was called, was sub par, but again, I digress. The reason I am giving this place a 5 star rating is solely and specifically because of the Red Skin Potato Pie aka pizza. I have returned 4 times since the first fateful night I took my first bite of this delicious concoction. It is hands down the closest I've come to having an actual orgasm while eating. Not just a foodgasm. Every one that has tried this pizza has the same reaction, their eyes widen then lock on to mine, then roll to the back of their heads (no kidding) as they slip into their coma. Now, if you're ok with spending nearly $30 for a pizza I'm here to tell you, you will not regret it. This is the epitome of a gourmet pizza, the mixture of flavors on this pizza are mind altering. To break it down, you have sliced roasted red skin potatoes (hence it's name), Applewood smoked bacon, some onions, and mozz/ cheddar cheeses of course....did I mention it has bacon? It's also topped with sour cream and chipotle ranch (who doesn't love ranch with pizza AND it's chipotle uhhhh WIN). Also, the crust is mouth watering good, crispy but soft, and packed with garlic and olive oil. This pizza will seriously have you questioning whether you've died and gone to heaven. It's sooo good every time I pick one up all the servers make sure to announce that it's their best and personal favorite pizza. I've had it four times, FOUR times, my husband always says we should try something else and I vehemently disagree. For now I feel like I've found that little pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and I'm not ready yet to move on to "something else" but I strongly encourage you all to pick one of these bad boys up any day of the week.... or every day. Cheers!

In one line: Save yourself and just order take out through Delivery Dudes. Amazing that we now have a Mellow Mushroom in Fort Lauderdale, right? Around 7:30pm on a Friday night, my friend and I weren't super hungry so we bought a 10" Kosmic Karma to share (2 slices each) for dine-in. Truly the worst part was the service. I understand that they just opened not even a month ago so they're still trying to find their groove, but it was a headache. Despite it being packed to the brim (had to park across the street at The Fresh Market) the two of us got a table right away. We were seated at what we called the Misfit Table. It was what seemed to be the only high-top located right next to the doors across from the bar. At first we were greeted by a man who took our drink order. Then a woman came to take our food order and later drops off some clearly dirty plates that we were supposed to eat off of (took care of that one). Time goes by... A different man brings out our food and is confused about what he's delivering and is quick to fix himself with an awkward "Well, it looks delicious anyway!" Then a different woman comes up and asks if we're doing ok- later to announce she's one of the shift managers. We decide we want to bring the two slices with us back home, but none of the people who served us are around. There is so much staff and they're all wearing different outfits it's hard to understand who is who. Eventually we got tired of sitting there, so we went inside to the to-go cashier. She was just as confused as us when we told her all we wanted to do was pay, but we had no check and no idea who our original waiter was. Finally our waitress finds us- flustered because she though we dine and dashed (thought about it, halfheartedly) and got it sorted out so we could leave. Please get your staff in check and I'll be glad to come back to enjoy some over-priced pizza and beer. And please, let's end cornholing!!!

So friends of mine raved about this place. I read the reviews And everyone seemed to be "eh" ! Here is my take. I came with my kids and their friends. The place is very kid friendly and the music is very upbeat and there music "which honestly is the same music I listen too". Jose our server was great and always checking up on us. We never had to ask for refills of anything! The food was very good and much better than average pizza places. This is not an average pizza place and the pizza selections our crazy good. We had large pizza split in half with two sections, the loaded potato and the shiitake mushroom. Two very delicious pizza combos. The kids had the standard Cheese pizza and Mac & cheese. Overall the food, staff and place was great and we will return.

Their truffle pizza is truly amazing. I'm not a fan of pizza and I usually don't like the crust but their crust is really delicious. They have a good selection of beers, problem is, a lot of them they do not have. At least the 2 I chose were out of stock and the one my gf was trying to have for the past 3 times was also out. They seem to be understaffed so the service is ok. Ours actually sucked but whatever I was in no hurry. Ambiance is nice outside with the lights and the corn hole, it sits at the bottom of an apartment complex. The one in Delray is a little nicer as far as decor I would say. Great little hang out spot. Definitely going back for that Pizza.

MELLOW MUSHROOM is the latest member of the franchise that started in Atlanta. It is a huge whimsical location at the new Flagler Village complex. Parking is sort of a puzzle though I heard there is valet parking in the evening. An employee told us that they would be building a garage across the street--that's across busy Federal Highway--which is far from a workable solution. The restaurant is bright, large with comfortable booths and tables, ever changing colored big mobiles all over the place and a very interesting kegs of beer setup. I am still trying to figure out why a restaurant referring to mushrooms would have an 'under the sea' theme. Their menu is basically made up of Italian items concentrating on pizzas with calzones, hoagies and salads. We ordered one chicken calzone ($12.99) and one steak calzone ($12.99) with intentions to share. I wasn't sure whether a single calzone is always served in two sections or the server ordered it that way for us so we could share easily and each plate was completely filled. While pizzas come in three sizes the calzone is priced based on a small one. I, a big eater, would suggest one be ordered and shared. We had a diet soda ($2.49) each. The server was excellent, checking back to make sure everything was okay, refilling drinks without being asked and answering our questions, like about the beer kegs and parking, with a smile. With tax and tip the check came to $40 for lunch. Okay I talked about everything except how the calzone tasted. The 'fresh Mellow dough' was heavy and 'doughy'. The filling consisted of mozzarella cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms and the meat, the latter very spare. It was served with a side of nondescript red sauce. All in all with all the Italian restaurants in Fort Lauderdale I wouldn't recommend the Mellow Mushroom for a calzone. With the lack, and confusion, of the parking situation with the Flagler Village complex garage consisting of 'for residents only', 'parking for take out' and a few handicap spaces, along with what we tasted and saw served, Mellow Mushroom is not for me but then I am not the type of customer they need/want to succeed. Brand new place. Nice and clean. There is an outisde area too. We went for lunch. Service was good. Full of hipsters. Pizza was delicious as always, but if you are new to the 'Shroom, understand it's not your typical pizza. Crispier crust, the ends brushed with lots of parmesan cheese. The side salad was very very basic but also very fresh. I've always been a fan of Mellow Mushroom. I'm glad they are finally in Fort Lauderdale.

Great new spot. The staff was very nice & knowledgeable about their food & drinks. The bartender "Dred" made us feel very welcome & helped me choose a great new draft beer. I will definitely be back there soon. I have been telling all of my friends about this new hot trendy spot.

Horrible service, obnoxiously loud atmosphere and terrible parking options made my highly anticipated 1st experience at Mellow Mushroom a complete failure. Was seated immediately at an outside table tonight around 9pm. It was not very busy and several servers passed by my table without acknowledgement. After 10m I went back to the hostess to complain about the lack of service. Several minutes later someone brought us drink menus and water. Another 5m passed and a completely different server returned to take our drink order. 5m later she returned to tell us they were out of 1 of our 2 beer orders. Server went to get the 1 beer while I chose another and another near 10m passed with no service. We promptly got up, left and walked past several servers who saw us leaving and didn't say a word. This was my first and likely last visit to a Mellow Mushroom restaurant. All the hype about this place was far from the reality.

I have always had a soft spot in my heart for Mellow Mushroom. The quality of food is always superb! I went for dinner with a group of 4 this past Saturday night. Luckily we had an excellent waiter who was very attentive to our party. We also had a vegan, gluten-free diner and our waiter did everything in his power to accomodate to her dietary restrictions.I cannot recommend the white pizza enough! This with a Greek Salad to start is a perfect combo. The Vegan/Gluten Free Crust pizza was always very tastey. We did have a bumb in the road with the quality of service beginning with the guy in valet. Parking is a struggle to find in this area. The lot nearby is limited as is the street parking. We had no choice but to valet the car. This was the worst Valet guy I have ever encountered. When we got there he continued playing on his phone rather than helping us with the car. Fine. When we get out of the car to give him the keys, he asks us to try to find parking on our own because he was leaving in 20 minutes to go home and if he were to take our car he would not be able to get going. I was shocked that he would say that as the restaurant was still open for another two hours. We told him that would not be possible as we had exhausted all of our options. Begrudgingly, with his eyes still on his phone, he took our keys and told us he would park it somewhere and come inside to give us the car key.

Magical mystery tour pizza and Italian hoagie on whole wheat toasted, competes with NJ hoagies. Extremely fresh ingredients, fun atmosphere, great service, food is a 10 across the board.

Came here on a Thursday with some of my co workers. We were immediately seated outside in their nice and huge outdoor area. Our server started off good and quickly took our drink orders but after that service quickly went down. I ordered the mushroom soup which was really salty and I did not even finish it. We also ordered wings and pretzels, those tasted good. It took forever to get our drinks. Will give this place a second chance because drinks are good and because I liked the outdoor seating area.

I had vivid memories from youth of Mellow Mushroom which started in the Atlanta area. All that vanished after we tested this newly opened place at lunch. The space is gymnasium like and all concrete surfaces making it incredibly noisy - something I'm not a fan of... but there is outdoor seating (open and covered) and free parking if you can figure it out from a distance Our waiter was nice enough but powerless in providing us timely service. Our order was a casear salad, half a meatball hero and a small cheese pizza with sausage. After waiting 20 minutes for the salad we complained and nearly left but the manager assured us she would take care of us. Servicing timing improve instantly but why was this necessary with the place emptying out from the lunch crowd. Our long awaited for salad came and it was basic and nondescript. Following immediately by our hero and pizza. The hero was mostly all bread, the meatballs fair and very ordinary tasting and the red sauce was a tomato paste like sauce with no seasonings. Our pizza wasn't much better with a very thick overly bready crust. I was disappointed on two levels - when did this cool brand based on the Psychedelic 70's go main stream (and low brow) - our waiter proudly told us of their 200 restuarants locations. And in the very expensive and densely crowded downtown Fort Lauderdale area with so many REALLY good pizza and Italian food places would you put this oversized and low quality food court? You can skip this one for better food and nicer surroundings all over the area.

I was there yesterday (May 12th). It was hard to find I have to admit, Mellow Mushroom is located in the residential area facing US1. 5th street does not have a light and its easy to miss. I love the area, I wish I could live there!!! I was able to find parking on the street (valet is $5 and little did I know that there is free parking in the garage (look for the retail parking sign) opposite of the restaurant). The staff was very friendly (I hope they continue to do so). I ordered the gluten free house special pizza. The pizza was fantastic but pricey.. $20. EEEKKK. I guess that is why they do not post the prices on the internet LOL. $20 at least spread to today's lunch. 2 meals, not bad. My friends and I sat at the outside bar. The view of the courtyard is nice. I would go again.

First time mellowers and I have to say, this place is absolutely AWESOME!!!! The bartenders Steve & Travis are cool as hell !!! If your looking for a chill spot with great beer selections and a happy hour that is better than most places in the area, this is where you need to be!! Mellow Mushroom will definitely be a "regular" spot for me and my girl!!! So in conclusion, if you're looking for a great night, with great food and great drinks, this is the spot!!!!

Well I had heard about mellow mushroom for so long that when one opened close by I was curious to try it. I stopped in one day for lunch and was surprised to discover that they did not have any lunch specials at all. I assumed it was like most regular pizza places and I get a couple of slices for lunch. I ended up getting a 10 inch sausage pie and a bowl of the mushroom soup. The way the waitress described the soup I thought it was going to be something amazing.Honestly it did not taste any different than most soups that come out of the can. The pizza was mediocre at best. I would compare it to something more along the lines of domino's or Pizza Hut. With tip my bill was $21 and change. I could've fed a family of 4 Domino's for this price and it would've tasted about the same. On the plus side , Mimi , my server was very good. She checked on me multiple times to see how everything was going and came by often with refills as well. The The decor of the restaurant is really adorable. Very funky with bright colors and cool artwork to look at. I don't know if I'd be back but at least I finally satisfied my curiosity.

When living in Georgia this was our favorite restaurant. Hippy and heady inspired pizza's, a great beer selection-you can't go wrong! Beer prices don't have many breaks but now they offer Happy Hour from 4-6pm, Monday-Thursday which makes afternoon drinking more enticing. At this location my favorite pizza so far is the limited edition Southwest Pizza, with Pineapple Express coming in a close second. Everyone seems concerned about the parking (I live behind the restaurant..so I'm unaffected) but there are two levels of retail parking and valet is available out front but its a bit pricey. Can't decide which pizza to eat? Samantha and I don't always agree on what pizza to order...no worries-order a split pizza! If you haven't had Mellow's Esperanza sauce its a must have and is great with the crust. Don't forget your Shi-Tzu, they are dog friendly!

The bartenders particularly a man named Travis need a customer service training course. As I walked up to the bar all 3 bartenders looked at us and just continued their conversation not even a nod to tell us one second. The actual bar top was filthy. After he finally approached us I said something and he told me it was a really important conversation and is there a problem with an attitude so I said obviously how can 3 bartenders not do their job.. needless to say we had one drink and tokk our business elsewhere . Management should keep a better eye on employees and their behaviors

We went a few days ago. Although some may disagree, I love the area that this is located in. It's located in a walkable area in FTL and the outdoor patio seating with the cornhole game was perfect for entertaining my four year old daughter while we waited. At dinnertime, the patio is shady and cool thanks to the apartments to the west of the restaurant. Once the restaurants next to it are built up and thriving, this will be a great place to walk over to regularly. The decor was so tropical and very South Florida inspired, but didn't lose the MM groovy vibe. It's probably the most beautiful Mellow Mushroom I've ever seen. They didn't have my favorite item on the menu (their Caesar salad pizza - not sure of the name they give it). I'm sure it was because they were just open and trying to keep things to their regular menu before branching out to their typical "Special" menu. I was so disappointed! However, our waitress went back and asked a person in charge who is temporarily at the FTL location from their Delray location (called "Sarge", apparently), and luckily, he knew how to make it! It was great. Our overall experience was a great one. However, I'm giving this a four star review because (although this is somewhat a good thing) our waitress wouldn't let us take a break and we couldn't seem to have a normal conversation without her checking in every two minutes. It was sweet at first, but got very draining as time went on. I do appreciate the eagerness, though! This is a great addition to the FTL area - we've been waiting for this for so long! ps - free parking can be found in the garage and along the residential streets a few streets west of this Mellow Mushroom location!

The beginning of a beautiful relationship with the new Mellow Mushroom in Flagler Village. I have never been in a MM before and was pleasantly surprised. I liked that someone opened the door and greeted me with a smile. The decor and atmosphere were full of color and loud at first, I got use to it in a few minutes. I was impressed with their chalk board full of draft beers, though I indulged in a Jamaican Mojito, it went well with the meat balls, cheesy bread and Capri salad that I shared with my dinner companion. The young staff were attentive and our waiter Angel was fun and I appreciated his recommendations. I would ask for him again. Tip- There is outdoor seating if you want to have more of a intimate seating,

This is the typical millennial spot in Ftl. The food was actually good. Had the Thai pizza and it was spot on - absolutely delicious. Had the meatball trio starter which was also pretty good. Went on a busy weekend night and was able to park in the garage across the street for free. Not the biggest fan of the drink prices (a draft was 7.50) however the food is good and crust on pizza is very flavorful. Dinner took 2 hours though but kinda ok since it was a weekend night. If you're starving this may not be the spot to go expecting a quick bite.

Have eaten here several times since they've opened. Never disappointed! We've tried a lot of items on the menu and they've all been delicious! It gets really busy, so sometimes there is a wait. Busy is good though.... You know the food is legit if the place is always busy! We've also taken the dogs, which is a nice feature for ft lauderdale, as most places are not dog friendly. Good for groups, good for kids, good for happy hour... All around it's a good spot.

Opening Night at the Mellow Mushroom in Flagler Village. The service is phenomenally friendly and we have an "Angel" of a server! We ordered appetizers that made a wonderful dinner of the Meatball trio, Cheesy Bread, Capri Salad and a Jamaican Mojito! Then, a Half Baked Brownie Supreme! My pictures are worth a thousand words...or should we say delectable bites!

So the first time I ate there I wasn't over the top amazed by the pizza. I thought it was good not great. The service was on point though and our waiter Jimmy, convinced me to come back again. I'm glad he did because the second time I had the mushroom pizza, buffalo dip, and some type of Thai shrimp. (Those were on the special menus) we had Jimmy again as our waiter. The food and service was amazing and he's the best waiter in the place.

I like the Delray location, but this one has some really cheesy decor (get it, cheesy?). Anyway, the big problem is the wait. It takes like 30 minutes to get a pizza, and who wants to sit and wait that long? Too expensive for take out and I don't really like either bar. So a no go for me.

The pizza here is to die for. I'm not a fan of pizza unless it's sick like this. Best pizza in Fort Lauderdale and the garlic bread is off the charts. Be prepared to wait a little bit but it's totally worth it. 80 beers on tap to indulge in while you're waiting. Bon appetite!

I remember Mellow Mushroom from my days light-years ago while attending the University of Florida. My how times have changed. Not only do they start happy hour at 2pm (woo-hoo!!!) it is a great sports bar with an awesome atmosphere and delicious original pizzas. Being vegetarian, I love that they had so many delicious options for me and even gluten-free alternatives for our more conscious eaters. The customer service was amazing, rotating microbrews, fresh baked pizzas oh my, oh my... I was also able to keep up with the women's world cup and the Roland Garros. The prices are affordable, the pizza savoury, the microbrew refreshing and the service amazing! 5 stars from me Mellow Mushroom. Really friendly staff!!!

Coming from years of restaurant experience, I'm pretty laid back. Mellow mushroom always delivers a great experience. Service was great. The server, Amy, was on top of things. Food, drinks, plates, napkins, everything was perfect. Spinach dip was amazing as usual. CALZONES and pizzas always delicious. Will definately be going on a regular basis.

A couple of FTL locals, my gf and I set out to explore the trippy, pizza Mecca that is Mellow Mushroom. We were greeted by a friendly valet staff, but a confused hostess who seemed to be new to the "game". Nbd, she's new, I get it. After a couple of RB Margs & the meatball trio app, we indulged in the buffalo chicken pizza; which was deliciously spicy, and cooked to perfection, (the crust might be the best part). We then had the brownie supreme for desert, which was also good. 0ur server, Angel (on-hell) was attentive and super-friendly...his recommendations were sincere and turned out to be great picks! Thanks again, man! The manager, Matt, was cool as well. Constantly checking on his guests to ensure satisfaction. The decorations and atmosphere may not be so 'mellow' at times, but that's how south Florida likes it! We are a passionate people with an endless desire for great food and drink. Will definitely return, and might even bike next time if they install a rack 8-) Draft beer too!!! Almost 50 taps. Ok. I'm done.

Wonderful vibe, friendly staff, excellent food. Daniel was our server and regardless of being busy he was very attentive and friendly. His smile and personality was refreshing. Our food came out fast and was fresh and delicious. I am regretting walking from a nearby neighborhood though because as of now I'm still sitting in the booth and I may need a wheel barrow to get home. ;-p

If you are tired of the plain pizza of South Florida that lacks any sort of zest, then this is the place! 5 stars for the pizza alone! 5 stars for the beer selection! 5 stars for the atmosphere! The venue is new, the staff is friendly, and the place could have an off-the-charts 6 stars once they gain the fluidity of having been established for more than a month.

The food was delicious but the service was awful. One of our table members got there food after everyone else had finished and had their plates removed from the table. I came back and tried it again and the service was terrible AGAIN.... This was the last time I'll visit this location

Made a reservation on open table which apparently they are no longer apart of. The girl said we would be priority seating since we tried to make a reservation. Well that wasn't true. They still took everyone infront of us and told another large party who came in after us who booked on open table they would be next. The manager also brought them pizza to eat while they waited. At that point it made my fiance and my friend and I feel like our reservation didn't matter and the manager didn't try to accommodate us. So I go back in to say something you can tell the poor hostess was frustrated and she finally just had someone seat us. After Getting past that the waiter was friendly and the food was good. TIP to managers if your going to accommodate one, accommodate all with the same issue, you make others feel out of place.

First time I went the service was so slow my BF had to get up and find a server and ask for to go boxes then we had to find another server and ask them to ask our server for the check. Food was good tho. Decided to give it a second chance but didn't want to wait so ordered it Togo. Well, at least tried to order it to go. It's so loud the girls couldn't even get my phone number down . So I decided to just go inside, very annoying. The Togo order took forever!

I am not a pizza and beer kind of guy, but in the case of the Mellow Mushroom I am going to make a big exception 'cause I'd be a fool not to. Great pizza and great selection of beer, friendly service and great energy. Some people may find the place too loud, so if you want to have an intimate conversation, this is not the place,(although outside is pretty ok). This is my neighborhood (for 16 years) and the place is a welcome addition.

Second time here. Wont be back. Both times food came out staggered. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for my food after the rest of my party was served. Manager came out to apologize - which was nice - but the insulting part was being offered a free drink for our NEXT visit. Really? Do you honestly think we are going to come back for another visit when we are having a terrible visit in the present moment? Drinks were not in advertised specialty glasses - which we were told was due to theft (?) Seriously. 4 people = $110 tab ( before tip ) and absolutely nothing was offered as a comp for the terrible service. I don't *expect* freebies, but when the service is this bad you expect that something would be done to keep the customer happy and make them want to come back. Ive worked in plenty of restaurants, I know the drill. I can honestly overlook the whole bad experience, but the offer of a free drink on my NEXT visit is so insulting that I will never go back. Really sad. Ive always loved MM and eaten at the one in Delray and NC. Now we have one in our backyard and i will never return.

First time we drove around for a while looking for parking because my company does not allow me to valet the company car but no self parking anywhere. So this time we tried takeout figuring we could see the menu online (like 99% of all restaurants). So after some searching I found the local FLL location and clicked on local menu and even though they have been open for months, the menu is not there. Other locations work fine when you follow the same process. I used to love the one in Gainesville but so far this is just too difficult to try.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Maybe it's nostalgia from my college days or maybe it's just the great pizza with awesome toppings, but I can't get enough. They've only been open for a few weeks, but I've been half a dozen times. Not only have I enjoyed the food, but the vibe is great. Cool bar with good drinks. Love all the outdoor seating. Staff was really friendly and attentive. I've had to wait a decent amount to get a table a few times, but it's a new spot so it's to be expected. Plus, they make it really easy to grab a drink and chill outside while you wait. The GM even came around a couple times offering sample pizza slices to those who were waiting. Not the service you typically get at the big places. Will definitely keep going back.

Mellow gave such a positive vibe! The bartenders, travis and steve-o gave me and my gf top priority service with a full bar. Never felt like such a princess. Had a car accident earlier and they made me feel like only positive vibes came from my experience. Heads up, travis is a heart throbber and will tell you your beautiful and clarissa will expalin it all. Btw, red skin potateo skin pizza add chicken was bomb dot com. One love.

Second time here and the food was great, everything is a fair price. The atmosphere is chill, good people and they keep the drinks flowing. I definitely would recommend checking it out, also the manager Matt was very accommodating and made sure our party was taken care of.

There were three of us for lunch. One order was correct (the half steak and cheese hoagie). My full order of the sausage and pepper hoagie contained the same amount of food as my friends half order and was without cheese. My other friend ordered the house calzone but received a chicken calzone. Fortunately, all three were delicious and we had a great server. I'm chalking it up to being new.
